On June 25, 2021 after dealing with the frustrations of the ongoing construction project as long as they could, this couple was informed to their dismay that ALL of their bookings would be relocated to other properties.

On September 9, these owners were informed by the then-management company that their unit had been broken into and vandalized. New and costly precautions had to be taken as a result of the AOAO's lack of proper security measures at the abandoned construction site.

Imagine getting a devastating letter from a long time business associate... November 19, 2021 was the last day of business for these two old friends.

Because they don't live on-island, and because they could not overcome the heavy burdens that the AOAO's terrible decision-making created, these owners were forced to hire an outside care-taking company who at the time, they knew little or nothing about.
