After the construction site was abandoned the Board merely tossed some old railings on the roof, left the vacated units without any security to prevent these break ins and refused to acknowledge any responsibility thereof.

The owners of this extended lanai unit will spend thousands of dollars correcting all the damage from both the years long construction as well as the recent vandalism due to lack of any security at the abandoned construction site.
Imagine the heart-break of these owners when they received this email from their former management company, who eventually could no longer manage the unit after years of representation.
